Waynetown Oct 31 - Miss Elsie Darnell, youngest child of Henry W. and Mary Randolph Darnell, died this morning from illness of one week due to influenza. She was an active member of the Baptist Church and prominent in all its activities. She was connected with the general store of her brother of this place. Miss Darnell is survived by four sisters, Cinna and Lota at home; Mrs. James Buck of Waynetown and Mrs. Will Thomas, LaCrosse, Wis and three brothers, H.C., Fred H. and Claude, all of this place. The funeral will probably be some time Sunday. kbz
